Creating Community
is what it's all about

A retreat is an opportunity to connect with people in your community. When I first began this journey I wanted to believe that a "retreat" had to be a long weekend event, filled with experiences - which translated into a lot of hard work and planning. I changed my mindset to accommodate what the community actually needs - connection!

 Whether you're in the Texas Hill Country or we have met up in Costa Rica - I am excited to connect with you during our monthly Full Moon Circle Retreats! We use these experiences to grow, create and heal.

Coming in December 2024 we will host our first week-long retreat in Costa Rica that will be carefully designed to induce peace, relaxation, and self-love!
