We meet monthly on the Thursday before the New moon to learn about the upcoming astrological aspects. We will start the experience with a relaxing yoga session. During the ceremony, we will learn how to harness the power of the moon phases to manifest, release, and heal with meditation. This community experience is open to anyone seeking a deeper connection. Bring your yoga mat, a pen and your journal. We will begin with an open discussion about the moon phase and astrological aspects. You will then be lead through a guided meditation, manifestation ceremony and journaling experience. We will end in community to ask questions and build the bond with the group.
