During the tune in Tuesday meditation experience, we will discuss the week’s topic, join in a group guided meditation, and journal thoughts or follow up learning. This is a free course that is open to anyone, and will be available on Zoom.

This is a free event. It is essential that if you sign up for the event, you recognize that I will be showing up. I will have prepared information and guided meditations. I will be very excited. If you do not show up to the event, I will be disappointed. It is just a fact! I am human. So please - plan to be at the event! I have kept costs so low that it is only taking up my time, which I am happy to give freely to make authentic connections! Can't wait to see you there.
